auto-convert all .png images for size

- run imagemagick convert on all .png files
- leave old versions if converted files are bigger
- removes metadata that sometimes takes up to 86% of the file size
- no quality loss due to pngs being inherently lossless
- reduces img/ size from 31.8MB to 12.3MB (11.6MB vs 7.1MB zipped)
