Adds a journal note that tracks when Eden expects the player to return to the cabin. The journal tracker will always appear to a player that has been allowed a measure of freedom by Eden. The warning of failure fades one/three day(s) after it appears, depending on how much freedom Eden allows.

P.S. There was some talk of only allowing the journal tracker to appear after the first time the player failed to return and was punished by Eden, but that functionality requires code that does not yet exist.
