misc fixes

• The lizardpeople guarding the black box will no longer magically change genders when the player leaves and returns to them again.
• Added a ton of missing comas, just a pet peeve...
• Some typos.
• Corrected usage of Alex's pronoun and gender in some scenes.
• Stingy little waif Robin will now actually give the player a tip at the Cafe as the text implies.
• Adjusted the text display of the Black Wolf presenting their pregnancy to the player, if it's not the first time they've been pregnant.
