Pool party small modify

LupusXLass1404 requested to merge LupusXLass1404/degrees-of-lewdity:pool into dev

Modify the if condition for defining nudity from prohibiting any clothing to allowing the wearing of accessories. (Some people are unable to attend the party simply because they can't remove their collars, and I think that's too strict.)
