Small cafe fix

  • Asked Sam to pay correctly when the PC serves lewd coffee. Small amount £100, Medium amount £125, Large amount £50 → £150, Huge amount £200.
  • Adjusted description for the cliff exhibitionism run events:
    • Added a line when the opening event is happening: Guests for the opening event are chatting outside the cafe.
    • Changed the condition check to align the description with the cafe's states of being under construction, awaiting reopening, and its opening hours.
