Fix load issue with saves older than Time itself

Ybyx requested to merge Ybyx/degrees-of-lewdity:beforetime into dev

Saves older than version 0.4 would try to pass time before all variables were set up, resulting in errors.

Me and Xao have moved the pass out of backComp so that this issue doesn't keep happening.
