Minor changes

Grabs the two css changes from !3208.

Makes rugged footwear increase pain damage, same as heels.

Changes a response from "Jealous?" to "Aren't they great?" during school hallway catcalling event so it makes more sense.

Fix a typo and a link text in the tentacle forest.
