Fixed: phone message conversations by removing introduction that tells you that you are receiving a text and sending a response like a normal person would do.
Fixed: cum fetish generic intro to actually have a bunch of messages when you check the phone.

Added: alternative fetsh_serum_quest intro when it triggers when you and your head researcher are in the same room (seems silly she would text you then).

Fixed: replaced renpy.say("", ...) with renpy.say(None, ...) to correctly identify as narrator speech.

Fixed: places with duplicate has_cum_fetish() branches, now will randomly select one the branches for dialog.
Fixed: make sure drinking from condom still counts as cum_in_mouth().

Fixed: added MC small talk response to the phone text UI.
