Tile appearance: dark borders, font outlines

argonvile requested to merge tile-appearance into main

Tiles now have dark borders, and fonts have dark outlines. This gives us a greater range of available colors, letting use use colors like yellow which would otherwise result in unreadable white-on-yellow text.
