Marriage dispute, similar to vanilla steward dispute contract Create single sub-event, Dowry dispute.

Has two main options, you can solve the contract or try to recruit the bride to be.

Also adds effects to spawn Lewd contracts while travelling and when you stop moving. Use vanilla effects/triggers to keep parity with how Ck3 vanilla spawns contracts.
