Several minor changes

regula_character_interactions_powers.txt

Allow turning independent rulers into paelex, you can already vassalize them anyway, but often I don't want the border gore. A better way might be to make a stage between mulsa and paelex or a separate interaction that creates a patrilineal marriage, but this works fine. (maybe should also add a condition that a landless magister can use it on any charmed ruler?)

regula_crypto_religion_effects.txt

Gives women the female preference succession from the change inheritance scheme on being charmed. Allows some level of slowly taking over instead of progress being reset every time a charmed ruler dies.

regula_important_actions.txt

Show the 'can charm' and 'can dominate' reminder for sub-vassals, saves a lot of time searching.

regula_core_tenents.txt

Allow ritual suicide for magister religion, there was already talk about doing something to allow an old magister to pass on the reins, this works fine until a more lore accurate version is made.

regula_fascinare_scheme.txt

Removes the no travelling requirement when using fascinare on a vassal, no travel is still required for foreign women. Because I really dislike not being able to do anything else while I'm doing internal vassal/harem management in a larger realm.

Move the give sexual trait part of mutare corpus beautify to a scripted effect. I need to make some edits to it for Elf Destiny compatibility on pure-blooded and it's generally cleaner to have it in one place rather than three.
