Make prude pawns cover themselves even if religion allows not to. Add Prude support from Psycology mod

First, Psychology mod add it's own Prude trait which is similar to NMM Prudish. I tried to remove it, but it broke the mod. So instead I just added support for the trait if it's there.

Second, Prude/Prudish pawns were not covering themselves if religion allows (but not forces) to be nude. This doesn't make sense, prude people would opt to cover themselves naturally, so I added that condition.
