If a single slave has multiple image generation requests queued, satisfy them all with the generated image from the last such request.

1. Add some management capabilities for the AI image cache.  Allow the user to see how many there are, purge them, and to regenerate all the images for their current set of slaves.
2. When regenerating an image for a slave, replace her existing image in the database instead of continually adding new ones.
3. Automatically regenerate AI images if the database fails to find them, just like we would if we knew they weren't there.
4. Add a little BC so that AI image IDs are always null if missing, so we don't have to check for undefined ones.

Implement a client-side queue for AI image generation.  Don't start image update timeouts until the queue reaches the image in question.  Purge the queue on passage change and when refreshing the market.

Synchronizes name change to genepool records. Changed wording in the
genetics editor so it will use the current name. Fixes #4764.
