Refactor image pack

- Use overlays instead of replacing body parts for bunny ears and pantyhose
  (to reduce number of duplicated, memory consumption and improve
   compatibility with other mods)
- Fix bunny ears problems (rotation, color inconsistency) for map pose (related to #1)
