save the arguments from controlLiftEnc() in a struct in controlLiftEncTask() before controlLiftEnc() exits. in controlDriveEnc() use getEncoder() instead of getSensor() becuase of a bug in EHA-Lib

the front motors are now on Y cables to so we can have 4 motors on the lift. motors have been renamed and code referencing the old names (except for in src/opcontrol.c) have been commented out
