1. Move all starting girl relative generation into commitStartingGirl.tw and... 

1. Move all starting girl relative generation into commitStartingGirl.tw and remove all the global flags which used to control it between the two passages.
2. Rework starting girl relative generation to use generateRelatedSlave.
3. Allow starting girl relative generation in Extended Family Mode, with a full suite of nuclear relatives (Mother, Father, Twin, Older/Younger Sister/Brother, Son and Daughter), appropriately gated by age and $seeDicks.
