Done: Media, SLAVES, CAGES, COMMON AREA , BARRACKS, ARMOURY, Command Center decorations, DRUG LAB, PERSONAL ITEMS, DRONE BAY, GARAGE, VEHICLES, HANGAR, AIRCRAFT, LUXURIES + General tweaking.

Adding the option to only reduce breast size to 475 (maximum allowed for 'Girlish figure') whenever you would overshoot that with a normal breast reduction.

The "Subordinate Targeting" operates with the activeSlave, so we have to
set it before going to the passage.
