Most mandatory crisis events take place in the bedroom after hitting the sleep button, there are a few exceptions, added the crisis labels that are exempt, added exceptions check prior to trigger of event.

Made the sorting and display of serum traits in select ui identical to the sort in the enhanced_serum_design_ui.

Modified serum design screen to show the suggestion trait in a seperate viewport, also removed the second line from the list selections allowing for easier selection of the traits you want. The mastery and side effect can still be seen after selection in the center composition window. Also used the functions from the serum_select_ui to build the mastery and side effect info.

Make sure 'end_of_day' mandatory events are only run from the bedroom or after hitting sleep button (which puts you in bedroom), this is required for dialog consistency.
