Refactored HR director variables, they are now stored with the HR director person object. It simplefies managing them and makes sure they are stored in the save game. Requires NEW game.

Fixed: when initializing a dictionary in python startup, the load function does not initialize it properly, for now moved dictionary initialization to the initial_hire label for the HR director.

Fixed: Daughter work crisis would always reset to weight factor 2 (since crisis_list is not stored in save game), this will now be corrected on the load of a save game.

Fixed spelling.

Changed: Don't let the girl ask for stripping her clothes when the position is locked, this makes no sense here.

Added increased arousal in certain events to shorten the locked position sex scenes (pressing 8-10 times continue is boring).

Changed some threesome descriptions. Added default sarah opinion states. Added new sexy meeting start. Added new outfit extension (that appears to not be functional)

Added code to appoint a new HR Director after Sarah has quit (requires you to have hired her in the first place).
