1. Give SF intervention forces a real SecExp unit object like all the others
2. Remove battleWidgets.js and the SFatk, SFdef, SFhp, and carriableSoldiers globals (those values are now accessed from the unit interface) 3. Reduce code duplication a bit in the SecExp battle reports 4. Fix some cases of fractional soldiers fighting in rebellions.
