tl;dr: could not restore heels of my one armed slave.

If slave has only one arm (or none) and both legs, you cannot not heal/damage their tendons, because the code checks whether they have both arms (and legs), while only legs are really required for this operation. Not sure what to do with tendon strength by itself though, but being unable to repair/damage their heels does not make sense.
