This reverts merge request !3533

This puts tweego into the twine2 mode. In this mode all .js files get
joined under a single <script> HTML tag, which greatly extends and
simplifies how those script snippets interacts wih each other and the
story. In particular, assignments to the window object properties can
be replaced with normal function declarations. Namespaces are also at
our disposal now.
