Prune attributes with bad namespace from vector art files during compile, rather than during startup. Regenerate all the vector art without the bad attributes. Delete a few art files that can't be regenerated and aren't referenced in code. Hand-edit a handful of files that can't be regenerated but ARE referenced in code.

Adds a game option to enable a jQuery in page scrolling link box for navigation to specific slaves (by name) in slave lists. Adds backwards compatibility for our option variable. Update the slave Summary to, if enabled, build a quick slave in-page jQuery scrollto navigation for getting to individual slaves quickly. 1. Repair identation (my python refused to execute them as they were). 2. Teach normilize_svg to remove explicit "style=fill:" attributes from elements, controlled by color classes like skin, hair, etc. 3. vector_layer_split moved from inserting vars with sigil for SugarCube to using "data-transformation" attribute. 4. vector_layer_split output for the 'tw' format became an SVG too, but with special attributes.
