Generalize the algorithm to make it the same for each asset, rework it
to accept the same parameters as defined in the autosurgery, make it
operate with declarative implants descritption, greatly increase implant
and procedure costs, introduce an algorithm to check whether implant can
be fitted into the given skin pocket.
