weapons manufacturing upgrades

the firebase is fully upgraded, any other requirements I missed to unlock more upgrades?

The last two unlock at $SFSupportLevel >= 4 && $SF.Squad.Drugs >= 8, and $SFSupportLevel >= 5, respectively.

Your current SFSupportLevel is 2.

So, head over to your Edicts page and enact the SF one a few more times.

Ahh, I remember pressing that edict madly once, and reducing my authority to 0. Thanks.
