I found an issue where an unlisted policy costs ~500,000 dollars per turn after week 65 or so.

Is this just a visual issue?

Yeah, that's pretty high. As discussed before, it'd probably be best to have a 'red light district' type sector that can take care of demand in a less dumb way. I hope to get to work on it soon.

These set of lines seem to be the issue seeing as "policies" is one item so I don't see why it needs it own group followed by the RowCategory which prints the same value twice. @lowercasedonkey

I was not responsible for the most recent makeover of the page, but looking at the screenshot I believe it relies on headers and then detailed content.

Likely, one of those entries is the header and the other is the content. It’s just that policies weren’t broken down when the page was redone.

If it really was a double entry I believe the totals at the bottom would error out.

It probably does deserve to be broken out, though..."Policies" and "Subsidies and Barriers" as individual line items would make it more clear where the cost was coming from.

I'll try to get a handle on it.
