Job Fulfillment - macro does not exist error

I ordered a Madam from the Job Fulfillment, and on the offer page I get "Error: macro <<JFCSlave>> does not exist 1106" The resulting slave is a Bodyguard (though a very bad one)

Upon testing upstream (targeting a Madam) I get.

However <<widget "JFCSlave">> has been located in the upstream directory though.
Targeting a Wardeness (the provided slave is one that is already owned and is likely what is stored in V.activeSlave. The pregnancy value is due to a self created patch that makes "slow gestation" run at 1/4 instead of 1/2):
