Age controls gone missing from introSummary

Did they get lost? You know, the option to allow slaves to age, block aging entirely, and to allow birthdays but not age ups?

If not, where is it now? Got someone asking.

It's in the wrong spot, clearly, in one of the cheat tabs and gated behind cheats.

I would LIKE to look at it in game but options are broken there AGAIN atm.
