The best solution I've been able to come up with is "don't use it at the beginning of sentences." contextualIntro
is really designed to be used for the object of a sentence, not the subject (since the context
is usually the subject).
In this event, the first sentence should probably be in active voice, which would likely move contextualIntro
to the second clause. Setting the scene with a passive-voice sentence is probably not the best choice anyway.
