Feedback: Notes on a Female Player Character

Overview

This is feedback on having a female arcology owner. (Genetic female with no hermaphrodite modification.)

Some of these may be bugs, with those I plan on trying to isolate before filing a detailed bug report on them.

General

This has improved over the years although there are still some odd omissions and event text that doesn't quite fit.

Slave Interactions

1. Sometimes when playing with a slave's tits etc there is a reference to the player character's cock even if the character is female (XX).

2. Some interacts with slaves involving intercourse, even if a strap-on is mentioned, can result in a slave becoming pregnant which should not be possible. (I had this happen during a 'fuck me please' event.)

3. Some other interactions (under the 'Work' tab) refer to the strap-on resulting in ejaculate which is pushing things a bit. (If canon allows for this, perhaps it should be a research item with a later one somehow making the ejaculate fertile.)

Aging

4. When a female player character enters menopause, they can have a procedure done to extend fertility. The text mentions this lasting a few years, it seems to last one.

5. Once immortality and young ovary treatments are discovered, why can't they be applied to the player character?

6. It doesn't seem possible to do a 'mind swap' operation with the player character into a younger body. If there isn't a "canon" reason for this, it could have some interesting story ramifications. (And should cost reputation especially if the character's appearance or gender changes.)

UI

7. There are references in parts of the UI (including personal business) that the character had a sex change.

8. There are some circumstances where a female arcology owner is referred as the father or "Daddy". (I'm trying to pin down what causes it, it's weird.)

If you impregnated a female slave, you're the child's father. That's why the child calls you Daddy. Unlikely to be a bug itself, just a natural consequence of you managing to impregnate a female slave.

That makes sense but how does a female owner knock up another female without male equipment?

Yes, exactly. You shouldn't have been able to do that, but once you did (you commented on it happening under "Slave Interactions"), being called Daddy by the child you somehow fathered is just the natural result.

I found one of the interactions, it's an event bugged as #4054

Yeah, that event needs a lot of work still, as well as a syntax redesign.

That said, it shouldn't be live outside of the experimental toggle.

Just going to call them 1-8 if you don't mind.

1. Call those out. Sometimes things just end up backwards during translation. Most, if not all, should end up gotten during the player overhaul cleanup phase.

2. Will need to observe it more. If you can isolate any outside of experimental stuff, let me know.

3. There are ejaculating strap-ons. They really exist too.

4. Probably going to keep it at 1 year and adjust the text instead. That'll be coming up soon.

5. Chem build up is very unpleasant. I am expanding this currently. Also not opposed to it, it's just this stuff comes a little later when the player endWeek stuff is ready to recieve it.

6. Planned. Also yes to all the above about it. Body swapping will not be trivial.

7. I'll bump into them sooner or later while working on endWeek. That or something is getting stuck in pcAppearance again.

8. Svorn already got that covered.

RE: #1-2, do you want me to add them to this issue or create them individually as bugs?

MASTER SUITE (END OF WEEK REPORT)

Might be interesting then to have a genetic research item to make them fertile? (Although that would cause them calling the female player daddy which while technically true seems kind of awkward.)

This may be considered an exploit so I should include this.

My female character is now 55 and has had the menopause 'extended' fertility treatment a couple times. (The 4th item on the list)

I've found that once she's two weeks pregnant, I can simply transfer any ovum to another slave so she's having a many, many children over a relatively short period of time.

If this is considered an exploit, is non-canon or just not intended there might need to have some kind of way to slow this down.

Pretty sure that's intended. You're using your slaves as surrogates to grow your own kids at a way faster rate than you could by yourself. This gives you about the same ability to have children as a male slaveowner has.

If you implant many ova in the same slave, and she's not a broodmother, you're likely to find that she experiences significant problems later in her pregnancy.

My tech is maxed, hasn't been an issue.

I figured it might have been intended but thought I should mention it in case it wasn't.

I found another event that has some assumptions about player character gender.

It's one of the events where a slave wants you to buy their mother (possibly other relatives as well, I haven't looked at any of the code).

I've changed the slave and their mother's name to more generic terms in parenthesis to make it easier to read.

Mostly the issue is referring to my character's cum and seed which given she's female (XX), that is unlikely. (The 'cum' I could maybe go with the strap-on's ejaculation ability but this seems to push past that.)

(Slave) requests an interview with you. She's a devoted slave, and you grant it, and are happy you did when you see the troubled expression on her face. She explains that her mother might be getting sold soon. She has been a slave for some time. She's heard a rumor through other slaves that her mother will go up for sale soon. "You've been so good to me, Mistress. I'm sure she looks like I did when you bought me. Please, Mistress, will you buy (SlaveMother) like you bought me? I'm afraid she'll go to a cruel master." She bites her lip. "And, Mistress, I'm sure she'd learn to love the taste of your cum as much as I do. We could blow you at the same time, Mistress! And share cum!" She waits anxiously for your decision.

You look up the mother. She costs ¤23,868, a bargain, but you won't be able to inspect her beyond her likely resemblance to (Slave). Her listing states that she was used as a bed slave by her MILF-loving owner.
You complete the legalities and biometric scanning quickly and without fuss. (SlaveMother) arrives shortly. The two slaves remember each other only dimly — they parted a long time ago — but they embrace. The devoted loli slavegirl explains the situation and encourages her mother to be a good slave to you. (SlaveMother) looks a little fearful but clearly realizes that she's lucky to be here.

Buy the mother

The legalities completed, (SlaveMother) stands before your desk, staring at the ground in fear. She looks to you and sees a fellow woman, and is a little less afraid that you will rape and abuse her. She notices that most of the slaves she sees around your penthouse seem to trust you, and hopes that she can trust you, too. She sees that most of the slaves she sees around your penthouse like you, and hopes that she can like you a little more herself. She seems to have picked up rumors about your probity, and is less afraid of you and more willing to like you. She realizes that your arcology's citizens look after their slaves, you more than anyone, and hopes she'll do well here. She realizes that your arcology approves of natural bodies like hers, and trusts that she will be allowed to keep it that way. She realizes that your arcology values slaves with motherly bodies, and hopes she won't be a low value slave for having one. She realizes that chubby slaves are preferred around here, and though she isn't truly fat, she's partway there; she hopes she'll be kept well fed and happy. Her dimwitted mind naturally takes to being told her role as a slave is righteous, and she naïvely hopes your arcology's religion will protect her from harm. She saw a good deal of your arcology and its society on her way to your penthouse, and was amazed by all the happy, healthy slaves. She begins to trust that she'll be one of them, and anticipates meeting the person who built this place.

Use daughter as example

You gesture towards (Slave). She is skilled enough to understand you mean a demonstration is in order. (Slave) starts things off with a masterful striptease, culminating in her kneeling in front of you. She eagerly moans as you enter her, begging for your seed like the whore she is. As you finish, she opens her mouth and savors your gift, thanking you once she's swallowed enough to be able to talk again. Witnessing this display of servitude from her daughter eases (SlaveMother) into her new life, and gives her hope she can find a place here.
