[4.0.0-alpha.21, build: 1184] (RA) Don't print unnecessary messages

Same as #4311 (closed).

First four slaves were trained already. The others can't be trained for reasons.

Under "Physical Regimen", the "Weight" option sets both "Diet" and "Drugs", which conflicts with "No Drugs" from the "Other Drugs" option if they're set in the same rule. Lindsey is put on no drugs and then on weight loss pills every time, thus the unnecessary messages.
