Systematic Impregnation by Player does not work

Expected Behavior

Toggling the universal rule for systematic impregnation by the player should impregnate any fertile slaves available during the end of the week, and flavor text indicating as such will appear in the description/summary.

Current Behavior

Using the universal rule for systematic impregnation by the player does not seem to work, despite slaves being fertile. The rule for systemic impregnation by citizens works absolutely fine. Slaves can still get pregnant via the 'impregnate them yourself' direct interaction, or if they are able to have vaginal sex with the player during the week (i.e. fucktoy work). Tried this with a few different settings and new game setups, but the same issue persisted. Both the flavor text and the actual impregnations do not occur.

Steps to Reproduce

1. load provided save
2. end the week
3. check the flavor text for the slaves

Should be fixed now. The nullPC check was superseding things.
