Extreme corset will eventually trip the implant check

Check for implants (assayWidgets.tw) will trip if waist < -95, current extreme corset events will eventually bring waist below that every time. Assuming this isn't the desired outcome, potential fixes are to stop waist shrinkage at waist < -90, or both stop shrinkage at waist <= -95 and have implant check trip at -100 (to not trip in cases such as -94-5=-99). Or maybe add a revert to -95 in the case that the event sends it below -95.

Now that I think about it, that last approach sounds best. I've already pushed the simpler solution to my personal tweaks, I'll push the latter solution as soon as I'm done writing it.

I'm leaning towards -90 cap on the corset's attepmts to shrink wastes, but we'll see what you come up with first.
