Manual and RA surgeries for implants now have the same effect on the slave, including mental ones (which the RA previously didn't have at all)
Do note however that the RA side is very much unfinished, the mental changes for example aren't reported to the player. If possible, I only want to tackle that when I refactor the RA surgeries properly anyways.
