Fixes

1. Fix gating for assistant options (especially for the time between weeks 11 and 18, when the assistant has a personality but not yet appearances, and for custom images)
2. Event typo/spacing fixes
3. HG Select wording/spacing fixes
4. Don't add RE No Event to the event list before considering JSRE events
5. Fix a bunch of stray italic SC markup that got into JS files
6. Remove commented-out passage titles
7. Restore jump-from and jump-to tags on the Prosthetic Lab
