Ennunciation work; remove ${s} system

This removes Mi${ss}i${ss}ippi styling from the project, as well as support for it. It was quite inconsistently applied, and Spoken() is far better.

Interestingly, I had thought Spoken() itself would rely on it, but it had its own dupliacte regex system.
