Removed inappropriate erections from reSiblingTussle, and improved breast growth paraphilia satisfaction logic by moving the growth drug bonuses to top priority and adding missing paraphiliaSatisfied = 1; lines to the genetic quirks.

Appended fixes for some its' I noticed in !10121 (merged)
