Drop dead widgets

Only three of these widgets were still in use.

  • setLocalPronouns is a one line wrapper for a function.
  • setAssistantPronouns was needed for just two pronouns in encyclopedia.
  • setNonlocalPronouns was used in the old dairy. Moved it over there for now; it won't be needed once !10057 (merged) is merged.

This should be fine to merge now.
