Gender and pregnancy content option fixes

  1. Re-add missing controls for the game settings makeDicks and seeDicksAffectsPregnancy.
  2. Fix gating of some options. Most notably, pregnancy options are no longer shown if pregnancy is disabled, and adamPrinciple is only shown if seeDicksAffectsPregnancy is turned off (since it affects genetic gender assignment only).

Fixes #3700 (closed) (or at least allows the player to do so).
