Extend a few events for slaves that can't speak fluently

  1. Extend RESS Back Stretch with nonverbal communication.
  2. Extend RESS Bad Dream for slaves that can talk but can't speak the arcology language (since sleep talking would be in their native language anyway).
  3. Permit RESS Happy Dance for slaves that can talk but can't speak the arcology language (since the slave just hums a tune, never speaking any words), and fix a missing condition.
  4. Extend RESS Tendon Fall with nonverbal communication.
  5. Permit RESS Sore Shoulders for slaves that can talk but can't speak the arcology language (since the slave is just gasping and groaning).
  6. Use the capitalizing version of contextualIntro a few more places.
