Fixes

1. If we're going to target es2021 (cf. !10639 (merged)), do it properly. Update required tooling to versions that actually support the targeted standard, and retarget TS too.
2. Fix superfet litters other than the first one sometimes reporting the wrong father's name. Also some type fixes and a bunch of refactoring in this area.
