Span class fix and missing word

I went through the entire list of multi-word span classes, and there were only two instances still using periods instead of spaces in the code. I nabbed the elites.loss, but the instance of cash.dec in secBarracks breaks if you replace it with cash dec. As it stands, though, the formatting just shows up as standard text, so it needs to be changed somehow. I've marked it with a comment, as well as fixed some other minor issues.

UPDATE: Just replaced it with note formatting, everything's working in testing. Ready for merge. I did run into a bug while testing different versions of the fix, and possibly the unedited code, where you could infinitely give the riot unit access to the SF's combat armor, but I cannot reproduce now.

UPDATE 2: As Blank is working on the same files in !10864 (merged), I've undone all changes to secBarracks, leaving this a very small MR.
