Fix smiling man event chain, closes #4115

This MR also:

  • Formats the files for additional consistency.
  • Removes a redundant check, App.Events.drawEventArt is already setup to immediately abort if V.seeImages is not 1.
  • Additional ternary usage.
  • Minor cleanup within related files.

No issues to report after testing.
