I think the Security Force mod (or SecExp – I can never remember which is which) lets you buy armored vehicles (sorta), if that's what you're looking for.
The former. In my mind they serve complementary but militarily opposite roles, Special Force (SF, yes the originally it was Security but I quickly changed in an attempt to avoid confusion. Just noticed a few additional spots) is focused on projecting power but can be called upon to assist in defense while SecExp (Security Expansion) is exclusively focused on providing archeological security against internal/external.
I would appreciate it if you could go into more detail specifically around both points.How do you mean?

Basically the skills system with sex and entertainment, but with combat. Yeah, I really don't know why the combat skill system was designed the way it was – that's before my time – but I don't think this is really the MR to change that. This focuses just on expanding the Barracks itself as a facility, and that's about it.
