Replace `deepAssign` implementation with some lodash calls.

Fixes #4343 (closed). Kind of a core change and I can't guarantee it won't cause more problems, but I'm willing to bet it fixes more shit than it breaks...I doubt anyone calling deepAssign actually wanted the current shallow-copy behavior with respect to Arrays/Maps/Sets/etc.
