Don't mislead vector art players about color choice

Simple change. Vector art supports custom colors for bodysuits and shoes, so let's not say that "only glasses and porcelain masks support a custom color" when it's not factual. (Apparently this was just bad phrasing.)

Have simplified the note to just the most essential information. Wanted to at least add a note to the Salon eyewear section tipping off the player that they can set glasses color elsewhere, but couldn't figure out how to make it look like it belonged - would preferably be the same darkened italic text as an option comment, but on a new line without being attached to an actual option. The best thing, if possible, would be to allow the player to select glasses color right there in the Salon, but that's well beyond my ability to implement.
