Please review the loops. A month of not coding did me no favors and to say I'm rusty at it is an understatement. They do seem to work right in testing, surprisingly.

Also this reveals another design flaw, in that the end week report can't accurately keep track of things generated from slaves outside the one it's on in the loop. This could be dodged by distributing the impact, but would require a lot more hoops to track if torture is going on.
