Utils for penis receptive players

• Adds isVirile to the rules assistant.
• Adds PCPenetrationWarning function: penetration and virginity loss warning texts for both front and back holes.
• Modifies App.Events.Result so that a warning text can be displayed in the note.
• Adds isPlayerReceptive funtion: returns true if the player is eligible to offer him/her certain options in which s/he can be penetrated.
