Encyclopedia: cutting creates sadists, not doms

Should behavioralQuirkEffects() also be amended to allow Cutting to strengthen sadism instead of/alongside dominance, or left alone? Adores Men/Women could also receive the same treatment, as they both create two fetishes but only strengthen one.
