Adds type checking to the feature list in devTools/scripts/dependencyCheck.[bat,sh]. Also replace a missed ref to new compiler.
Adds message pointing to a setting in setup.[bat,sh] to devTools/scripts/detectChanges.js.
Removed comment about moving customArticles to setup.[bat,sh] from devTools/scripts/extraChecks.js as I have decided that it isn't worth the effort.
